Promotional Toolkit
Thank you for agreeing to participate in the CBIE International Student Survey. We have created this toolkit to assist you and your institution in the outreach and marketing directed at your international students. Together, we can promote the survey and ensure a strong response rate, which enriches the validity and accuracy of the datasets.
This toolkit is organized chronologically to help you throughout the surveying period. Please note that the survey will officially open on October 15, 2025, and close on November 26, 2025. Your custom survey link will be open/active during this duration. You can customize the survey start and end date according to your institutional needs and timelines. This can be clarified in email templates, social media, and direct messaging. We invite you to edit the content as needed. The templates below have been updated to meet our ethics requirements, established by the Community Research Ethics Office. We strongly encourage you to add your institutional branding and personalize the messages to target your international student groups as much as possible. Still, please do not remove any of the information we have included in these messages. If you have any questions, please reach out to CBIE at [email protected].
