| Institutions complete their internal ethics review and/or approval process as required. | July – September 2025 |
| Institutions launch the online survey with the link provided by CBIE. | October 15, 2025 |
| The survey closes for all participating institutions. | November 26, 2025 |
| Deadline for respondents to send their request to CBIE if they wish to have their data removed. | November 30, 2025 |
| CBIE contacts winners of the draw via email. | December 8-18, 2025 |
| Anonymized survey results are circulated to participating institutions. | March 2026 |
