CBIE is seeking three experts for the possibility to submit a proposal for a World Bank funded project to re-design the national principal’s training modules.
Qualified experts are invited to send their expressions of interest with accompanying CV to Cinthia Heanna before 12PM EST Friday, July 21st.
The project is expected to start in September 2017, and will last approximately 120 days. Travel to Peru may be required, with the majority of work done from Canada.
Expert profile qualifications requirements:
Profile #1: Expert in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Academic degree and / or professional degree in education, psychology, social sciences or related.
- Experience in monitoring education programs (ideally over 4 years)
- Experience in the design of impact assessments and / or results (ideally over 5 years)
- Fluency in Spanish
Profile #2: Expert in the elaboration and / or adaptation of materials and audio-visuals
- Academic degree and / or professional degree in education, psychology, engineer or related.
- Experience in design of didactic materials (printed and audiovisual) for principals. (ideally over 7 years)
- Fluency in Spanish
Profile #3: Expert in the design of curricula for adult learning or teacher training
- Academic degree and / or professional degree in psychology, social sciences, education or related
- Experience in design of curricula (ideally over 5 years)
- Experience in the evaluation of learning outcomes (ideally over 4 years)
- Fluency in Spanish
