Overview
Global Skills Opportunity (GSO), CBIE, and the CBIE Education Abroad Professional Learning Community (EA-PLC) are collaborating on a learning series to support Canadian post-secondary institutions in developing and designing their international experience programs.
This learning series is open to the Canadian international education community (not limited to CBIE members). Simultaneous French interpretation will be available.
Description
Understanding that a successful outbound mobility program includes mobilizing resources from across the institution, this webinar focuses on strategies to enhance cross-departmental collaboration in support of learning abroad activities and increasing participation of underserved populations. In this session, participants will hear from three Canadian institutions, the University of Waterloo, Humber College and the University of Calgary, on their experiences engaging with colleagues, faculty and student groups to build a culture of mobility on campus.
