November 2015 ELAP Collaboration Mission
INVITATION TO MEET WITH DELEGATES FROM POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTIONS IN THE CARIBBEAN AND LATIN AMERICA
In the framework of the 2015 Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) Collaboration Mission, you are invited to meet with a delegation of 17 senior officials from post-secondary institutions in the Caribbean and Latin America from eleven countries: Barbados, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Jamaica, El Salvador, Panama and Paraguay.

The Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) is organizing the 2015 ELAP Collaboration Mission funded by Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD). This 8th ELAP Collaboration Mission will visit colleges and universities in Newfoundland and Labrador (St. John’s) and Ontario (Toronto, Guelph, Waterloo, Niagara Falls) from November 16 to 25, 2015. It will include participation in CBIE’s 49th Annual Conference in Niagara Falls, from November 22 to 25, 2015.
