Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program – 2016 Study Tour
A total of 36 recipients of an Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) scholarships were in Ottawa from February 22-26 to participate in the 2016 ELAP Study Tour. These leaders of tomorrow, from 12 Latin America and Caribbean countries, are undertaking a research or study exchange in 17 universities across Canada. Read more.
