Cooperation and engagement are fundamental to CBIE’s operational principles. To facilitate collaboration among our members CBIE has created the Community Hub. A platform for the community to exchange ideas, share best practices, and advance internationalization efforts within Canadian institutions.
Exclusive to CBIE members, the Hub is a user-friendly social network with forums managed by the leads of the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) of CBIE. Members can contribute to any topic on the forums or create new ones. Members can also connect with each other directly and privately using the messaging system.
The Hub contains a powerful resource library where members can filter content by tag or do a traditional search. The goal is to showcase and share reports, templates and important international education-related documents in one place.
The event listings and job board sections of the Hub are great tools made available to members. The convenient calendar on the event listings page makes it easy to stay up-to-date with important international education events and the job board is the perfect place for members to share new opportunities at their institution.
The Hub is so much more than a communication platform. It’s a space for the CBIE community to engage with one another, organize projects and activities, showcase our best work, and celebrate success.
