| Institutions complete their internal ethics review and/or approval process as required for student and alumni survey. | April 2023 |
| Last day to launch the online student and alumni survey with the link provided by CBIE. | May 11, 2023 |
| The Student and Alumni Surveys close (extended deadline). | June 16, 2023 |
| CBIE contacts the five draw winners directly via email. | June/July 2023 |
| The Institutional Surveys close (extended deadline). | August 3, 2023 |
| Anonymized survey results and reports are circulated to participating institutions. | Sept 2023 |
| CBIE releases the national survey report. | Nov 2023 |
