Universities and colleges must manage travel-related risks to meet their duty of care and ensure the health and safety of individuals (students, faculty members, administrative staff, etc.).
This Aléas training series will offer insight into the legal obligations of Canadian organizations in relation to the health and safety of travellers. This program is based on three essential elements to be integrated into one’s risk management strategy to demonstrate due diligence.
- Improve understanding of the duty of care
- Become familiar with best practices in travel risk management
- Strengthen professional capabilities to manage risk
- Identify the elements to put in place to develop an organizational risk management culture
NOTE: To deepen your knowledge and learn about best practices to manage travel risks, we recommend registering for the six-week online course Campus Aléas – International Mobility Risk Management; A Look at your Practices.
This training is intended for all individuals within an organization whose role requires them to make decisions or be involved in travel-related operations.
