He is responsible for leading the institution’s enrolment activities in collaboration with other senior institutional leaders. His scholarship focuses on the role organizational culture has on internationalization, or the process of integrating an international, intercultural or global dimension into higher education.

Victor joined Cape Breton University (CBU) in 2016 and is currently Director of International Recruitment and Global Partnerships. Working alongside CBU leadership, the international team has overseen historic growth in international student enrolment, further cementing the university as a key economic driver in the region. A double graduate (BA, MBA-CED) of CBU, Victor is passionate about his community, serving as a council member of the Cape Breton Local Immigration Partnership (CBLIP) and as a board member for Cape Breton Music Industry Cooperative (CBMIC). Victor has a deep appreciation and respect for other cultures and traditions. Victor is immensely passionate about his island, Cape Breton, and takes great pride in introducing the world to its beauty and culture, and the incredible learning opportunities available at Cape Breton University.
