Institutions that are not members of CBIE are also welcome to participate in the survey. The fee to participate as a non-member is $5,500. Participating institutions will receive the documents included in the Standard Reporting Package. In addition, participating institutions can request additional customized reports.

Additional Customized Reporting Packages
| Customized Benchmarking Report | Report exploring a subset of the national dataset. For example, institutions can compare their institutional data against provincial data or a minimum of five (5) other similar institutions. | $2,500/report |
| Customized Institutional Report | Report that segments your institutional data by campus, year/level of study, program, and/or student demographics (ex: gender, top source countries, ethnic identity, etc.) | $1,500/report |
| Standard Benchmarking Report | Compare your 2025 and 2023 institutional data | $1,500/report |
NOTE: Institutions can also request to join the International Student Survey as a non-member of CBIE via the link above.
CBIE will review your application. If your request is approved, an invoice will be issued. Once the payment has been processed, the customized report(s) will be issued within 10-15 business days.
