In order to fulfill their duty of care prescribed by the Canadian Criminal Code\u2019s occupational health and safety legislation, and in order to ensure the safety of individuals engaged in international activity, organizations must carry out adequate risk management and have a security plan for their activities which, among other things, operationalizes risk management.<\/p>\n

In order to support organizations in their risk management, Al\u00e9as offers a course divided into 4 modules during which participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their organization\u2019s business methods an learn the best practices to implement. The delivery of the course will include a combination of video (asynchronous) and live sessions enriched by group discussions (synchronous).<\/p>\n
