Voici donc les points importants \u00e0 retenir pour les leaders transformationnels de l\u2019avenir qui devront relever le d\u00e9fi de devenir des agents de changements en administration publique et en prestation de services publics en Afrique. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime;]<div class=\"spacer\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6>Impact du leadership transformationnel sur l\u2019administration publique et la prestation de services publics<\/h6>\n<p>Le leadership transformationnel peut g\u00e9rer efficacement la perturbation n\u00e9cessaire au sein du secteur public par des d\u00e9cisions ax\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es, l\u2019investissement dans la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes ou les technologies innovatrices, et l\u2019adoption de l\u2019appui, de la collaboration, et de l\u2019action commune.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab En tant que leaders transformationnels, nous devons utiliser les ressources tangibles (politiques, syst\u00e8mes, vision et mission, etc.) et intangibles (r\u00e8gles non \u00e9crites, croyances et hypoth\u00e8ses, attitudes et sentiments, etc.) de nos \u00e9tablissements afin d\u2019atteindre les changements strat\u00e9giques d\u00e9sir\u00e9s dans la fa\u00e7on dont notre continent livre les finances, les politiques et l\u2019administration publiques. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"spacer\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Les leaders doivent \u00eatre positifs et vouloir prendre des risques, faire des exp\u00e9riences et apprendre des autres exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9ussies et des r\u00e9sultats de la recherche. \u00bb On risque bien plus \u00e0 ne rien faire qu\u2019\u00e0 faire quelque chose. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Les leaders transformationnels encouragent les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 toujours remettre en question la fa\u00e7on de faire les choses, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser activement des exp\u00e9riences avec de nouvelles id\u00e9es et de nouvelles pratiques, et \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer les composante importante de la prestation des services publics ; c\u2019est un outil essentiel pour fournir des services publics efficaces, accessibles et rentables. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bien que la technologie ne soit pas une fin en soi, les leaders devraient encourager et appuyer l\u2019usage de celle-ci non seulement dans la prestation de services efficaces, mais aussi dans le d\u00e9veloppement continu et l\u2019actualisation des comp\u00e9tences afin que les organisations demeurent d\u2019actualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les dirigeants du secteur public doivent s\u2019assurer que
