Au cours de cette conf\u00e9rence, les \u00e9tudiants LAD ont fait du r\u00e9seautage et appris des connaissances sur les syst\u00e8mes de la fonction publique canadienne par l\u2019entremise d\u2019experts du domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Sous le th\u00e8me tr\u00e8s appropri\u00e9 du leadership, la conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage tr\u00e8s riche pour les boursiers, de bien des fa\u00e7ons.\u00a0Selon les boursiers, voici les 7 points cl\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment le changement et l\u2019incertitude agissent-ils comme moteurs de transformation?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les leaders doivent g\u00e9rer les transitions et les incertitudes, tout en maintenant les valeurs, la dignit\u00e9 et les normes de l\u2019organisation. Les fonctionnaires sont tenus de respecter la neutralit\u00e9 de l\u2019administration publique tout en \u00e9laborant des politiques qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins et aux changements dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment les lieux de travail peuvent-ils amplifier l&rsquo;impact positif des \u00e9quipes?<br \/>\n<\/strong>En p\u00e9riode complexe, la r\u00e9ussite exige du travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et de l&rsquo;engagement. Les leaders sont responsables de la construction d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes fiables et productives, en encourageant continuellement une forte collaboration, de bonnes relations humaines et professionnelles et le professionnalisme dans les lieux de travail. Dans une organisation o\u00f9 la culture repose sur la confiance et le d\u00e9vouement des employ\u00e9s, ces valeurs en sont facilit\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment la fonction publique peut-elle favoriser le pouvoir des diff\u00e9rences<br \/>\n<\/strong>Il y a des occasions \u00e9normes de leadership procur\u00e9es par nos diff\u00e9rences et notre diversit\u00e9. Les diff\u00e9rences dans une nation \u00a0telles laculture, langue, ethnie et race \u00a0peuvent \u00eatre des facteurs unificateurs plut\u00f4t que des sources de conflit, d&rsquo;injustice et de discrimination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment d\u00e9crire un Leadership national ad\u00e9quat?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le leadership national doit \u00eatre inclusif et participatif, tenant pleinement compte des points de vue et des pr\u00e9occupations des citoyens dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des programmes et des politiques publiques. L&rsquo;administration politique et la fonction publique doivent tenir compte des implications sociales, \u00e9conomiques, environnementales, technologiques et juridiques des d\u00e9cisions politiques sur les communaut\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comment promouvoir le r\u00f4le des femmes dans la fonction publique?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le r\u00f4le des femmes dans l\u2019\u00e9dification des nations reste incontournable. Leur participation \u00e0 tous les secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et aux diff\u00e9rents niveaux dans les organisations pourrait potentiellement soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement durable et la croissance. Les politiques publiques doivent rester inclusives et centr\u00e9es sur la contribution des femmes tout en \u00e9liminant les obstacles et les lacunes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment permettre aux fonctionnaires du secteur public de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les fonctionnaires doivent r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes auxquels sont confront\u00e9s leurs citoyens et l\u2019administration publique. Il est essentiel qu\u2019ils engagent diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes dans la recherche de solutions aux probl\u00e8mes complexes. L&rsquo;apprentissage continu et le perfectionnement sur les sujets en question sont essentiels \u00e0 leurs capacit\u00e9s de prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment maintenir un lenvironnement de travail sain?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Il est facile de n\u00e9gliger la question du stress et du bien-\u00eatre au travail; mais comme dans tout lieu de travail, le stress co\u00fbte cher en productivit\u00e9 dans toute \u00e9quipe.
