We invite you to participate in these virtual continuing professional development (CPD) workshops for Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIA) and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC). \n2 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) \nWorkshop Overview\nSection 222 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) specifies the conditions that render a study permit invalid. Although not widely known\, this section is crucial for advisors working with international students. It governs\, among other things\, the consequences of completing studies\, withdrawal\, or non-compliance with the conditions of the designated institution.
