Overview

My expertise is based on improving efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of Public Service. This is done through design and installation of Performance Management Systems includes Monitoring and Evaluation, Human Resource Management, Standards and facilitate processes improvement at large in the Public Institutions. Base on my current functions under the President's Office Public Service Management and Good Governance, specifically I perform the following activities:-

  •  Design, Review, and Facilitate installation of performance Management Systems (Strategic and Operational plans, Clients Service Charters, Institutional Self Assessments, Service Delivery Survey etc) in MDAs, RS, LGAs and other Public Institutions;
  •  Design and install M&E Systems and monitor their implementation in MDAs, RS, LGAs and other Public Institutions;
  •  Facilitate MDAs, RS, LGAs and other Public Institutions to develop M&E strategies and plans;
  • Develop, review and disseminate M&E guidelines and manuals;
  • Undertake quality control and assurance of evaluations conducted by MDAs, RS, LGAs and other Public Institutions;
  • Facilitate development, review, implementation and monitoring of performance reporting frameworks in the public service;
  • Carry out studies on the status of implementation of M&E systems in MDAs; and
  • Design, Review and Facilitate Improvement of Business Processes (BPI) in MDAs, RS, LGAs and other Public Institutions and monitor their efficiency and advise accordingly.
